Hands With Care offers comprehensive and specialized rehabilitation services for patients who may experience injury that limits their ability to work or perform everyday activities, as the result of acute or chronic hand, upper and lower extremity injuries and neurological conditions. Our highly skilled trained Physical & Occupational Therapists work closely with referring physicians and patients to design the best plan of care from injury through recovery. REFERRAL PROCESS

Medicare and some individual insurances require a physician referral prior to treatment. However, Hands With Care will also accept private pay for services.

Hands With Care patients receive confidential, consistent continuum of care with our state-of-the-art electronic rehabilitation records system. Your therapy and treatment records will be electronically sent to your referring physician ensuring timely updates on your rehabilitation progress.
